Tractor Supply Company announced Wednesday the appointment of Fahim Siddiqui as executive vice president and chief technology and digital officer. Siddiqui, who begins the role Monday, will report directly to President and CEO Hal Lawton.

In his new position, Siddiqui takes responsibility for the rural retailer's enterprise technology infrastructure, business applications, digital commerce operations and cybersecurity measures. His mandate includes enhancing customer experience while supporting the company's expansion objectives.

Siddiqui arrives at Tractor Supply from The Home Depot, where he served as executive vice president and chief information officer from April 2022 through May 2025. He initially joined the home improvement chain in December 2018 as senior vice president of information technology before advancing to the CIO role.

The new executive brings more than three decades of combined business and technology leadership to Tractor Supply as the company undertakes a comprehensive digital strategy overhaul. His prior experience includes senior positions at retailers and technology firms including Staples, Vidyo and Intralinks, where he managed enterprise technology, cybersecurity and related digital initiatives.

Technology plays an important role in how we serve our customers and support our Team Members. Fahim brings a strong combination of technical expertise, retail knowledge and business leadership that will serve Tractor Supply well. We're excited to welcome him to our leadership team and look forward to his contributions as we continue to deliver Legendary Service.

Tractor Supply has already begun leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize its logistics operations. At the Home Delivery World event earlier this year, Kyle Langley, vice president of final mile at Tractor Supply, highlighted the company's use of AI to streamline last-mile delivery efficiency. The retailer is also developing AI capabilities to forecast delivery timeframes more accurately.
