Writer Unveils Enterprise Brain to Unify AI Knowledge Across Organizations
The AI startup has introduced a shared context platform designed to keep enterprise knowledge, branding and logic consistent across all teams and systems, moving beyond single-user AI assistants.

Writer Inc., a generative artificial intelligence agent company, unveiled Enterprise Brain in early access today—a centralized governance layer that maintains uniform enterprise knowledge, branding standards and operational logic across every team and AI deployment within an organization.
The platform debuts alongside Agent Memory, a shared memory system operating at the team level rather than the individual user level. This feature is designed to enforce brand consistency and align operations across the enterprise.
In parallel, Writer introduced Writer Meet, a tool that integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet to record conversations, transcribe them and convert meeting content into actionable context. The platform enables users to trigger workflows directly from their communication tools—Slack, Teams and other collaborative spaces—where agents function as active team members.
"Every enterprise on earth can now buy the same frontier AI from the labs, but generic intelligence creates generic companies, undifferentiated customer journeys and frustrated marketing and revenue teams," said co-founder and Chief Executive May Habib.
Habib emphasized that differentiation cannot be purchased as a commodity. Rather, it emerges from institutional knowledge held by revenue and marketing teams—the accumulated insights about customers, the unwritten rules governing operations, the ways teams collaborate, their competitive positioning and fundamental brand identity.
Writer's approach positions Enterprise Brain as a team-centric system, departing from the individual-focused memory architectures that dominate the AI landscape. While personal assistant models work well for one-to-one interactions, team-level systems that preserve decisions, insights, preferences and dialogue create a shared organizational memory.
The company's research division engineered the memory architecture to reflect how teams actually work, then validated the design against both public and proprietary benchmarks.
"Most AI products are still fundamentally single-player," noted Vice President of Product Matan-Paul Shetrit. "Context gets trapped in one person's session; memory doesn't carry across interfaces and skills have to be configured over and over again. That doesn't cut it in the enterprise, where work is collaborative and every decision builds on what came before."
Writer designed Enterprise Brain for large organizations including Mars Inc., The Clorox Co. and H&R Block Inc., targeting marketing and revenue functions. By routing all team interactions through a single Enterprise Brain agent with unified memory, the platform ensures consistent brand messaging and customer experience throughout the entire journey, grounded in insights accumulated across every interaction.
The system improves continuously as teams deploy it. With each campaign execution and deal progression, the platform's agents, automated workflows and interaction patterns refine themselves, absorbing collective knowledge and adapting to team behavior.
