EliseAI Closes $350M Series Round at $4B Valuation to Expand Automation Platform
The AI automation startup, which serves real estate and healthcare sectors, has secured funding from Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, valuing the company at $4 billion.

EliseAI, which builds artificial intelligence automation tools for the real estate and healthcare industries, has completed a $350 million funding round. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners jointly led the investment, joined by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital. The round values the company at $4 billion.
Real Estate Automation Suite
Founded in 2017 as Elise A.I. Technologies Corp., the company initially focused on the rental housing sector. Its core offering includes a customer relationship management platform that enables property managers to store prospect information and extract insights from resident interactions. A marketing automation engine leverages this data to personalize promotional content for individual leads.
The Maintenance App represents the second component of EliseAI's real estate toolkit. This mobile application automatically directs property repair requests to appropriate technicians based on availability and required skill sets. Property managers can monitor repair progress through a dedicated dashboard.
Earlier this month, EliseAI introduced Apollo, an AI assistant that automates follow-up communications with prospects who have toured properties. The tool also functions as an information resource, providing property management best practices and metrics such as typical outstanding maintenance project costs.
EliseAI's real estate platform manages more than one in six U.S. apartments, the company revealed today.
Healthcare Operations
The healthcare division serves over 3,500 organizations, ranging from independent clinics to large hospital systems. EliseAI's healthcare platform includes a chatbot capable of scheduling medical appointments and responding to patient inquiries, handling up to 95% of incoming requests according to the company. Post-visit automation handles prescription reminders and other routine communications.
The platform also streamlines administrative tasks by ingesting patient documents and synchronizing relevant information with healthcare organizations' electronic health record (EHR) systems. This capability eliminates manual data entry requirements, reducing both time investment and the potential for errors.
Strategic Direction
These industries are the most complex, the most bespoke, the most entrenched, and the hardest — but they're also the most important. And they won't absorb this technology without a tremendous act of building.
Minna Song, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of EliseAI
The company intends to deploy capital toward expanding its automation capabilities across both sectors. EliseAI also plans to expand its workforce, adding engineers, software deployment specialists and sales professionals.
