AuxoAI Inc. announced a $20.7 million Series A funding round to expand its enterprise AI consulting operations. The company works with large corporations to architect and implement artificial intelligence systems across their organizations, combining engineering expertise with deep knowledge of customer operations.

Over the past three years, AuxoAI has partnered with Global 2000 enterprises to integrate AI into their core business processes. The firm deploys on-site engineering and strategy teams to study enterprise workflows, data infrastructure, organizational culture and customer touchpoints, then builds AI agents—autonomous systems that operate with minimal human intervention—tailored to each client's specific needs and data landscape.

The Damia Platform

The centerpiece of AuxoAI's offering is Damia, a forward-deployed engineer toolkit that converts business data into functional applications and licensed software. The platform consolidates reusable AI agent capabilities with mechanisms for capturing and codifying a company's operational knowledge and processes.

Rather than relying on interviews or static documentation, AuxoAI embeds learned insights into living software that can operate alongside employees. The company describes this approach as "intelligence embedded in the work itself," positioning AI as an operational lever rather than a standalone product.

Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem

AuxoAI collaborates with established technology vendors to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Its partner network includes Google LLC, Amazon Web Services Inc., Snowflake Inc., Databricks Inc. and Microsoft Corp., enabling the company to leverage trusted cloud, data and productivity platforms.

Funding Details and Backers

NTT Venture Capital, the venture arm of Japanese technology conglomerate NTT Inc., led the Series A round. The funding also drew participation from industry veterans including George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners; Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow Inc.; and Giacomo Sonnino, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former chief operating officer of Quantum Black North America.

NTT Venture Capital's portfolio includes Anthropic PBC, which the company said will strengthen AuxoAI's AI capabilities going forward.

Growth Plans

AuxoAI intends to deploy the capital toward three main objectives: expanding its global on-site consulting workforce for enterprise AI transformation initiatives, developing proprietary technology and AI-native delivery methods, and growing its market presence and strategic partnerships across the ecosystem.
