Denver-based Crusoe completed a $3 billion Series F round with co-leads Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, alongside Mubadala Capital. The company, which initially focused on using stranded natural gas for cryptocurrency mining operations, has evolved into a significant provider of cloud and data center services for artificial intelligence workloads. Its customer base includes OpenAI, Microsoft and Meta. Crusoe's cumulative funding now stands at nearly $7.2 billion, and the latest round values the company at $30 billion—a threefold increase from its valuation approximately one year prior.

2. Fluidstack, $1.5B, AI infrastructure

Fluidstack, headquartered in New York, secured $1.5 billion through a private equity financing round led by Jane Street Capital. The company supplies large-scale GPU and data center resources for computationally demanding artificial intelligence applications, positioning itself within a growing cohort of firms investing substantially to address accelerating demand for computational capacity. This round brings Fluidstack's total funding to just over $2.6 billion and establishes its valuation at $18 billion.

6. HiBob, $166M, HR software

New York-based HiBob secured $166 million in a financing round led by Salesforce, with Farallon Capital Management also participating. HiBob's Bob platform integrates human resources, payroll administration, benefits management and employee oversight capabilities. The company is increasingly leveraging its workforce data assets as a foundation for enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions. 7. Lyte AI, $165M, robotics and physical AI

Sunnyvale, California-based Lyte AI completed a $165 million Series C round led by Maverick Silicon, with support from Fidelity Management And Research Company, Atreides Management, Key 1 Capital and Ora Global. Established by former Apple engineers, Lyte develops proprietary silicon, sensing systems and artificial intelligence algorithms that enable robotic systems to perceive and interpret their physical environments—core technologies within the rapidly expanding physical artificial intelligence sector. Lyte's total funding now reaches $272 million, and the Series C values the company at $1.6 billion.

8. TabaPay, $155M, fintech and payments

Mountain View, California-based TabaPay obtained $155 million in growth-stage financing led by FTV Capital. TabaPay operates as a money-movement platform enabling banks and fintech firms to rapidly execute fund disbursements, collections and transfers. The company announced this financing concurrent with its pursuit of acquiring Transact Bank, a federally chartered institution, a strategic move that could expand its position within the payments infrastructure landscape. TabaPay's previous Series A round, announced in 2022, had an undisclosed funding amount.

9. Thyme Care, $125M, health care and oncology

Nashville, Tennessee-based Thyme Care raised $125 million in Series E financing led by Morgan Health, JPMorgan Chase's healthcare investment division. Additional investors included CVS Health Ventures, Humana and Andreessen Horowitz. Thyme Care partners with health plans, employers and healthcare providers to coordinate cancer treatment delivery and oversee oncology care management, reflecting a broader industry movement toward value-based specialty care models. The company has accumulated $399 million in total funding and achieved a $2 billion valuation in this round.

10. HiddenLayer, $100M, AI cybersecurity

Austin-based HiddenLayer completed a $100 million Series B round led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, M12, Booz Allen Ventures and Morgan Stanley. HiddenLayer develops security solutions specifically engineered to defend artificial intelligence models, agents and workflows against attacks and exploits—an increasingly critical category as enterprises deploy artificial intelligence systems into production environments.
